How long does shipping take?

The below are estimated shipping durations.

Canada

British Columbia: 2-5 Business Days

Rest of Canada: 3-9 Business days

USA: 3-9 Business Days

Ireland & UK: 8-12 Business Days

Are duties and import taxes included in the above prices for customers outside of Canada?

No, duties and import taxes are not included in the prices above. You will need to pay for these when your package arrives in your country. If you do not wish to pay for the fees, you can reject the package and it will be shipped back to us and a small shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes, we offer 30-day free returns and exchanges to our Canada & USA based customers. Just let us know and we will be happy to schedule your return or exchange. Items must remain unworn with all tags still on. Customers based in Ireland & UK will need to pay a small fee for shipping.

How do I know what size to order?

We recommend that you use our size guide before placing your order, however, if your t-shirt isn't quite the right size just let us know and we will schedule your exchange for free (Canada & USA based customers). A small shipping fee will be applicable to returns/exchanges to customers based in Ireland & UK.

How do I care for my t-shirt?

Our t-shirts are 210gsm, 95% cotton and 5% elastane.

We recommend washing your t-shirt on a cold wash, hang-drying it and Iron on a medium heat. We do not recommend tumble drying.
